What do you charge?
At DRS we know all our clients are not all alike, therefore we custom design a special rate for each of you. We are competitive with our commission rates and please remember; we work for free until we collect money for you.

What kind of information
do you need?
The more information, the better. To properly identity the consumer we request the following: full name, current/past addresses, phone numbers, employer name and number, social security number and a copy of your invoice and/or signed agreement. If you don’t have all of the above information; share what you do have and we will start from there!

 

What state do you collect for?
We collect primarily in the state of Washington. We forward consumer accounts that are currently residing in another state with other ACA collection agencies & work as a liaison between the two of you.

How long does the process take?
It can take days, months and sometimes years, depending on what steps need to be taken. If legal action is required, the process usually takes more time. A judgment is valid for 10 years. We don't give up.

What do I need to do to get started?
Simply give us a call or contact us by e-mail. We will provide you with an equitable client contract to be signed and simply returned to us with your initial submission of accounts.
