At DRS we feel the majority of our consumers intend to keep their payment promises when they purchase an item or service on credit from our clients. - Please read any letters/notices that we send to you; they contain important information about your rights.
- If you believe you don’t owe the debt, let us know in writing. This will allow us to respond more quickly to the issues you raise. If you do owe the debt, call us, otherwise your collector may think that you are avoiding the debt!
